How do I manage appointment reminders?
Open Smart Flows in the platform. Review the booking-created, appointment-start and appointment-end steps, with SMS or email channels and the timing for each step.
How do appointment payments work?
Each barber connects Stripe or Square for their own appointments. New bookings follow the selected account. Existing bookings keep their original account.
What does website hosting use?
Website hosting uses 200 tokens per month for shops with a website. SMS and AI also draw from the shared token wallet as used.
